Loqnote is a notes app with an AI assistant that answers questions about your own notes. If something isn't working or you have a question, get in touch — we read every message.
No. Tap Continue without an account on the welcome screen and you can write, edit, tag, and organise notes straight away. Notes stay on your device. An account is only needed for AI chat and for syncing your notes across devices.
Everything you wrote as a guest is kept and uploaded to your account. The example notes the app ships with are removed unless you edited them, so you don't end up with duplicates.
Open the menu (top-left) or Settings and choose Sign In. You can use Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address and password.
Tap Ask me anything in your Loqnotes at the top of the home screen. The assistant answers using only your own notes — it will tell you plainly when your notes don't contain the answer. It is not a general-purpose chatbot and cannot see anyone else's notes.
Yes — each account has a daily AI allowance, shown as a usage bar in the menu. It resets every day at midnight. Loqnote is free to use.
Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices and that each has an internet connection. Sync runs when the app opens, so close and reopen Loqnote to trigger it. If notes still don't appear after a few minutes, email us and we'll look into it — your notes are stored on our servers and are not lost.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, notes, tags, and chat history from our servers. It cannot be undone.
Not currently. Deleting a note removes it from your device and your account, so please double-check before deleting.
Your notes are stored on your device and synced to our own servers so you can reach them from anywhere. When you use the AI assistant, the relevant note content and your message are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. We don't show ads, and we don't sell or share your data.
