Loqnote ("we," "our," "the app") is a notes app with AI-powered chat over your own notes. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control or delete it.
We only collect data needed to run the app's core features — signing in, syncing your notes, and powering AI chat. We do not use any of it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with data brokers.

We use a small number of infrastructure and AI providers, each of which receives only what's necessary to perform its specific function on our behalf:
None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own advertising or marketing purposes. Each is contractually bound to protect your data to a standard equal to or greater than this policy, and to use it only to perform the specific function listed above.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. This immediately and permanently removes your account, notes, tags, and chat history from our servers, and cannot be undone.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between the app and our servers. Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain, never in plain text or shared storage.
Loqnote is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
